This is an excellent book. It's for intermediate to advanced players. It's challenging but very clearly explained. This is funky drumming of the future.

Mp3 was a bad idea and had I read the cover more carefully ...

The disc included was mp3 for which I don't have a player. Had find someone to convert the files and had to organize them before burning then to a disc. Pain in the ass. Mp3 was a bad idea and had I read the cover more carefully before purchasing I would have passed on it. The playing times could be longer but not a big issue as the tracks do give the feel of each groove.
